This app is not a medical device. It is not intended for medical use, and heart rate measurements are approximate values only. If you have health concerns, please consult a medical professional.

Subscriptions

The App offers the following plans:

• Monthly plan — Automatically renews. Can be cancelled at any time.
• Lifetime purchase — One-time payment for permanent access.

All payments are charged to your Apple ID and managed through the App Store. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your App Store settings.

Intellectual Property

Copyright for shaders, design, and code within the App belongs to the developer.

Art generated through your use of the App may be freely used by you.

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of the App
• Using the App for any illegal purpose

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Changes to Terms

The developer may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective upon posting within the App or on the website.
